NHSaves Education Challenge

Please select the appropriate entry form below; 'for INDIVIDUALS' if you have an individual submission or 'for GROUPS' if you have a group submission.  Each student must also submit a digital signed Parent/Guardian Permission form with their entry in order for the submission to be complete. The Parent/Guardian Permission form will be emailed once this entry form has been submitted.  

Since permission forms are required for all, please do not submit/enter photos or videos of anyone without a permission form.
